Fourwinds Flags Flyers: Offers good quality products, and we make every effort to meet your high standards for Quality products, accurate descriptions, reliable delivery and customer service. If you should experience a problem, Question or concern regarding your purchase, please contact us immediately.
1. If the goods you received were incorrect or faulty, because of our error, we will pay all delivery and collection costs, for the safe return and replacement of the goods.
2. Exchange of defective parts and incorrect goods, only within 7 working days upon receipt. Seller is not responsible for any damage caused by the postal services, improper misuse or assembly of item(s). After 7 days all postage expenses incurred in connection with the repair or replacement of any goods or any defective parts are the customer’s responsibility. This warranty shall not include any defects or damages to goods resulting from misuse or failure to follow the manufacturer’s recommendations concerning use. This warranty does not include normal day to day wear, labour or parts, including, without limitation where appropriate.
3. In order to avoid unnecessary postage costs to you, and within 7 working days we will endeavour in the first instance to try and resolve any problems over the phone, or via email through you the customer. Failing that, after the return of goods to us we will inspect / repair any faulty item(s) and if necessary we will replace the said faulty item(s) with the same or equivalent or better.
4. If you (the customer) decide to simply change your mind, cancel and return your unopened order within 7 working days of purchase, i.e. (cooling of period) you (the customer) will have to return the goods via recorded delivery, in their original unopened retail packaging and all accessories at your (customers expense).
5. Please Note: There will be a 20% restocking handling charge / fee, after the safe return of the purchased items, which will be deducted from the refund issued for the price of item(s) only, (Postage will not be refunded)
6. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Please send all returns recorded delivery, in their original unopened retail packaging , and all accessories (if applicable) to our business address :
